1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WorldHub's platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. Definitions
- "Platform" means WorldHub's website, mobile applications, and related services.
- "Buyer" means a user who purchases goods or services through the Platform.
- "Merchant" means a user who lists and sells goods or services through the Platform.
- "User" means any person or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
3. Account Registration
You must register an account to use certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
- Post false, misleading, or deceptive information
- Engage in fraudulent activities or money laundering
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
- Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Platform
5. Transactions
5.1 Orders
When a Buyer places an order, a legally binding contract is formed subject to these Terms. The Merchant is obligated to fulfill the order as described in their listing.
5.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in the specified currency. Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
5.3 Payment
Payments are processed through WorldHub's secure payment system. By using Trade Assurance, payments are held in escrow until order fulfillment is confirmed.
5.4 Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms, delivery timelines, and responsibilities are specified in each transaction. Risk of loss passes to the Buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms.
6. Intellectual Property
WorldHub owns all intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, design, trademarks, and content. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorldHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Rules.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
